In what feat has Vietnam surpassed all other Asian countries? Well, says Bloomberg, its manufacturing PMI has been above 50 every month since August 2013. An impressive statistic. “Why?” is the next question. Well, both output and orders have increased, wages are low, commodity prices are low, its population is young – and it is now the biggest ASEAN exporter to the US.
