Netherlands’ Delft University clinched top honours for its hyperloop pod during the inaugural test on Elon Musk’s mile-long SpaceX track in California, beating 30 competitors. Techcrunch reports that the 30 selected teams utilised a variety of approaches, from wheeled to magnetic, and tubular to car-like.
