Sascha Petersmann now Baytree's top man in Germany

European logistics and industrial property developer Baytree Logistics Properties, launched by AXA Investment Managers ? Real Assets in 2015, has named Sascha Petersmann (pictured above) as head of Germany.

Based in Cologne, Mr Petersmann will report to Baytree managing director Rabih Modad, and his appointment follows Baytree’s first development site acquisition in Hannover.
