Another drag on UPS Supply Chain Solutions
Still unquantified and unquantifiable
Romaine Seguin, president of UPS Americas, has been appointed president of UPS Global Freight Forwarding, replacing Cindy Miller, who reportedly has retired.
Ms Seguin started her career at UPS in Missouri as a part-time hub supervisor in 1983, eventually becoming vice president of Minnesota, and then chief operating officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa. She will relocate from Miami to Atlanta for her new role.
“I look forward to working with the global freight forwarding team to continue addressing our customers’ primary concern of visibility into their global supply chain,” said Ms Seguin.
“We will continue enhancing our suite of services with improved tracking and actionable insights to ensure our customers can meet their customers’ expectations.”
