While the CMA CGM tender for the reminder of CEVA Logistics shares it didn’t already own in mid-March (~ 10%) ended earlier this week – last month it said the additional offer period commenced on 20 March and was expected to close on 2 April – the latest events on the stock market testify to corporate activity in logistics that has attracted all sorts of investors…
