Shanghai’s new free-trade zone, which appears to divide people on whether it will have a significant impact or not, has attracted two e-tailers hoping to benefit from relaxed import restrictions. More companies are expected to be attracted by the zone, with Shanghai Automotive estimating that its costs will fall 20%.
