- Q2 15 net income of $9.9m and EPS of $0.23, negatively impacted by acquisition SG&A costs of $0.17 per share and Molasses Settlement costs of $0.16 per share
- Excluding these two items (non-GAAP):
- Q2 15 EPS would have been $0.56, up 33.3% YOY
- Q2 15 EBITDA would have been $82.8 million, up 41.5% YOY
- Raising full-year 2015 operating income outlook to substantially exceed 2014
