French contract logistics specialist ID Logistics has appointed Ludovic Bouvier (pictured above) as managing director of its Indonesia subsidiary.
Mr Bouvier, 44, has over 20 years’ experience in management positions in the supply chain sector. His career began in 1998 at Geodis and he joined ID Logistics Group in 2002 as operational manager, heading activities in Asia and Latin America.
In 2010 he left the company to start his own business in retail and e-commerce. But, in August this year, he returned to ID Logistics as associate managing director of its Indonesian subsidiary, taking over from Vincent Holley, who has returned to France to take on new assignments within the group.
“Ludovic will cover all aspects of business development in Indonesia, driving the group’s strategy, operations and customer relations, particularly with Danone and Dairy Farm clients,” an ID Logistics statement said.
