Cargo Facts has published a good analysis of what Henan province – and local company BST Logistics – are up to in Europe. We all know about the Cargolux deal, but what of BST’s move into airports at Leipzig and Frankfurt? And what is Henan Airport – which only currently has some 260,000 tonnes of cargo annually – up to in supporting these moves?
There is a great quote from BST in the article, saying: “BST Logistics will not necessarily be looking out for HNCA and Cargolux”. And perhaps not surprisingly given this news, we are hearing that all is not happy in the Cargolux camp between the chief HNCA promoter, and the new management.
