In what is a significant case in the world of e-commerce and package deliveries, FedEx is fighting a legal battle concerning its alleged role in shipping illicit prescription drugs. Indicted in July for shipping packages sent by illegal online pharmacies, it could be a critical case. It was alleged that FedEx accepted payment while knowing that the revenues came from invalid prescriptions. It may have lost this latest battle, but the integrator seems to be focused on winning the war.
