Here comes the rain again
Many of the figures coming out of China in recent months have been all doom and gloom, with depressed manufacturing indices showing the factory of the world registering declining output. But new figures appear to show that trend in a partial reversal. Have we turned a corner? Probably too early to say, but at least there are some rays of sunshine.
