Chapman Freeborn has bought the logistics arm of Arcus Air Group, a private European airline with cargo and brokerage operations throughout Europe.
The logistics division consists of air cargo charter and on-board courier businesses and caters mainly to the automotive industry.
Arcus will continue to operate two Dornier 228-212 cargo aircraft on behalf of Chapman Freeborn. Arcus Air will now concentrate on executive aviation, with its seven-strong Embraer Phenom 100 fleet.
