FORT WORTH, Texas — American Airlines Cargo announced use of the new Dreamliner for four international routes. The Boeing 787-800 launched this month, showcasing a multitude of benefits for customers, including 28 positions for cargo, improved aerodynamics, advanced engine technology and better fuel efficiency.
