DHL Global Forwarding top dog Tim Scharwarth has taken time out to advocate the use of big data and predictive analytics in the logistics sector. Mr Scharwarth says utilising these tools can deliver the transparency and predictability global trade needs. And, of course, at the same time he promotes DHL’s recently launched Global Trade Barometer, which shows growth on a very high level, but down slightly compared with previous months.
