TNT Express sells airline operations to ASL to secure UPS deal

It’s finally been done. TNT Airways is off to join ASL’s happy band of companies; news which should help reassure investors and regulators deliberating over UPS’s planned acquisition of the Dutch express company. The EU still has to decide, but the signs look good for the integrators.
