Looking for growth markets? It would seem that ties between the Middle East and Latin America will be the next big thing, according to this thorough article from The Economist. At the beginning of October, a summit for South American and Arab leaders heard that trade between the two had grown to $30bn, up from $11bn in 2008. And there is talk of concluding Free Trade Agreements, while the Middle East airlines’ aggressive growth strategies have opened more transport links.
