From our sister, The Coolstar, comes news that Europe’s largest flower shipper, FloraHolland, is set to be hit by strike action shortly before the annual petal bonanza that is Valentine’s Day. The ongoing industrial dispute with workers over severance packages is likely to be the first serious test for ex-Maersk executive Lucas Vos in his new role as general manager of the company.
