Röhlig Logistics expands its network in the US with new branch in Tulsa

Bremen, 29 September 2022 – The owner-managed logistics company Röhlig Logistics has expanded its local presence in the US with the opening of an office in Tulsa, Oklahoma. “With its central location in the South-Central region of the United States and infrastructure, Oklahoma offers prime access to suppliers and customers in these surrounding states to and from every corner of the globe,” says Rafael Ueltschi, Regional CEO Röhlig North America.

The State of Oklahoma remains a prime location for industry prospects looking to relocate or expand due low cost of living (40 per cent lower than national average), talented workforce, infrastructure, and pro-business incentives. Furthermore, there is a strong focus on expanding the local economy on the states key industries, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Renewable & Traditional Energy and Biosciences. Oklahoma’s industries are diverse, it is home to the world’s largest commercial airline MRO, Google’s second largest data center and Goodyear’s largest tire manufacturing facility.

Aside from the traditional Air and Sea Transportation, the Tulsa branch has a strong focus on the overland full truck load business. Röhlig has over 100 years of experience and the Tulsa branch will have a heavy focus on establishing Röhlig in the Full Truck Load market. Targeting the local core industries as well as supporting the international business with additional solutions for the final mile delivery. The service portfolio includes drayage, trans-loading, special equipment, permitted moves and more.

With the opening of the new office in this strategically important region, which already took place in July this year, Röhlig Logistics further strengthens its position in the growing US market. The company now has 14 operating branches in North America.
