In this frank interview with the Financial Times, Monika Ribar argues that since the introduction of much tougher antitrust laws in the US and Europe, the larger freight companies have improved their behaviour immeasurably. There may well be some in the industry that disagree, but one cannot help feel a little sympathy for a CEO that deals “more and more with lawyers than with your core business”.
