So, Frankfurt Hahn is one step closer to finding a new owner after the shenanigans of last year. It appears that the preferred bidder for the airport could be China’s HNA group, which is bidding with Germany’s ADC. According to CargoForwarder, the contract could be signed next month. HNA is eyeing a three-times-a-week freighter service after frequencies suffered when Silkway reduced its services and several other cargo airlines left the airport.
