Many airline customers have gone public over their concerns that they are not benefiting from falling fuel prices, believing the carriers to be keeping the winnings. While few would disagree that the airlines would, of course, be inclined to keep any savings, it is also true that some of them also never gained much advantage, as they had hedged.
