These past three months have been busy, but we have reached many important milestones. First of all, construction of our new cargo terminal started according to the plan, and on June 30, we held a cornerstone laying ceremony. Around 70 people, consisting of key stakeholders and Finnair representatives, celebrated this big milestone with us.
The main motive for the event was to celebrate the successful start of construction, but we also had another reason to rejoice: Finnair Cargo is the first airline in the world to receive IATA’s new CEIV Pharma certification!
