Interestingly, Amazon has been ranked top – above UPS, FedEx and USPS – among companies that would be most trusted to make deliveries, albeit by drone. As Amazon moves into the logistics space, it must be a relief to already be in customers’ consciousness as a company that can deliver. Consumers see the best benefit of drones as being one-hour deliveries. Google was the least-trusted company.
