But there are conditions attached. In an interview with The Loadstar, Jochen Gutschmidt, head of global ocean transport procurement for Nestle, told us that the shipper wants to see carriers get a good return on their investment, and to profit, so that they can then innovate and invest in a cleaner footprint and better services.
