APL is pleased to inform the launch of the new BEX service which provides direct connection from Asia to Istanbul and Black Sea ports of Constanza & Odessa, effective 19 February 2016. It will replace the existing Black Sea Feeder (BSF) and Egypt Turkey Feeder (ETF) services.
