Comment / Against the odds: Geodis & billions to unlock

Having spent most of the past few days talking about takeover/IPO prospects in logistics, after digging and digging I couldn’t refrain from carefully thinking deal-making when the conversation paused on Geodis. Because if the allure of a market listing is obvious for its larger freight forwarding rival DB Schenker from Germany, it’s no different for the state-controlled 3PL from France.
