UK freight service provider Ligentia has promoted Lee Alderman-Davis (pictured above) to the role of global air director.
Ms Alderman-Davis has been with Ligentia since the beginning of 2015, but has a career spanning nearly two decades in the aviation sector and prior to joining Ligentia was a senior sales manager at Toll Global Forwarding, which she joined in 2007.
A statement from Ligentia said that as part of the senior management team, Ms Alderman-Davis would be expected to “introduce new initiatives and challenge her growing global team to deliver an outstanding customer experience”.
She said: “I’m delighted to be working alongside a global team that truly are the best in the industry. Our trusted partner ethos will be further strengthened by consolidating our air service proposition across existing and new regions. It’s exciting times for Ligentia and I look forward to seeing how the air division progresses.”
Ligentia has invested in a 30,000sq ft HM Customs-approved ETSF warehouse at Heathrow.
