Hamburg Süd has named Lasse Carøe Henningsen (pictured above) to replace chief financial officer Jakob Wegge-Larsen at the beginning of June.
Mr Wegge-Larsen, who started in the role in December 2017 but assumed the duties of chief financial officer for parent company Maersk’s Ocean & Logistics division in February, is to move to Copenhagen.
Mr Henningsen, 46, will be in charge of Hamburg Süd’s business finance and accounting divisions and join the management board.
