TIACA’s letter-writing spree is obviously working. US Customs and Border Protection has agreed to extend its pilot Air Cargo Advance Screening programme for a further year and is inviting new participants, up to September 26. The letter, from a variety of groups, had asked US CBP to get input from smaller companies before any rules are enacted.
