More LSP consolidation on the cards. According to Bloomberg, UPS is in talks to buy Chicago 3PL Coyote Logistics, for about $1.8bn. A source said the deal, with Coyote’s backer, private equity company Warburg Pincus, could be completed in the next week or two, making it the third largest US logistics deal this year, counting XPO’s acquisition of French operator Norbert Dentressangle
