Etihad Cargo is revamping the commercial side of its business, and has made three appointments.
Haleema Al Hosani takes over as senior manager for its global customer programme and cargo loyalty team, joining from the Abu Dhabi Department of Transport. She has also served on the emirate’s Aviation Sector Development Committee and ICAO Air Transport Regulatory Panel.
Bader Ahmed Al Ali has been named senior manager for commercial in the UAE market. He joined the carrier in 2010, having worked in financial services, and has since held several roles, most recently manager for government key accounts and charters.
And Raya Mohamed Ibrahim will take on responsibility for key accounts in the UAE.
MD for cargo and logistics services Abdulla Mohamed Shadid said: “Since our inception 15 years ago, Etihad Cargo has grown rapidly to cement its place as a top 20 global air cargo carrier. Our Global Customer programme, our loyalty scheme and our UAE home market have all been key catalysts for this growth.
“And today’s key appointments are a further signal of our commitment to better serve these segments, while developing our talents into key leadership positions”
