“JB Hunt Transport Services (…) today announced that its subsidiary, JB Hunt Transport, Inc, acquired the assets of RDI Last Mile on December 31, 2019. The transaction was funded using JB Hunt’s existing revolving credit facility.” JB Hunt, 2 January 2020.
