Hermes Group will be taking over Seko Logistics’ German operations. The company issued a statement this morning stating that as part of the move – which will see it become Seko’s “legal successor” – it will acquire offices in both Bremen and Frankfurt. Alongside this, Hermes will also become a “key partner” of the wider Seko network. Managing director for Hermes Europe Stephan Schiller said  he was delighted by the union, adding that it offered the “ideal enhancement” for Hermes’ operations in Germany.
