Hermes Group will be taking over Seko Logistics’ German operations. The company issued a statement this morning stating that as part of the move – which will see it become Seko’s “legal successor” – it will acquire offices in both Bremen and Frankfurt. Alongside this, Hermes will also become a “key partner” of the wider Seko network.
