Farnair, the European express cargo airline, has bought a share in K-Mile from Malaysia’s Transmile Group. It is Farnair’s second foray outside Europe, following its investment in India’s Quickjet Cargo Airlines two years ago. Sources report that Transmile, meanwhile, is undergoing a reputational and operational restructure after the 2009 charges made against three former executives relating to financial wrongdoing.
