Yusen Logistics has appointed David Goldsborough (above) as its new UK MD.
Mr Goldsborough has been with Yusen Logistics since its 2017 acquisition of Tibbett Logistics and has held the post of regional MD for Yusen Logistics in Central and Eastern Europe since January 2020.
His career in logistics began 30 years ago with Tibbett & Britten Group, where he gained experience in leadership roles in the UK, Austria and Germany before moving to Eastern Europe with Keswick Enterprises and then Delamode in Romania.
“I am delighted to have this opportunity to lead the continued excellent development that YLUK has demonstrated over the past years,” he said.
“Through our commitment to delivering sustainable services and customer focussed solutions I am convinced that we will be successful in helping our customers face their future challenges both in the UK and across Europe,” he added.
