There are lengthy truck delays at Germany’s borders, following new Covid-check rules, which, claim manufacturers, could lead production delays as the supply chain for parts comes to a standstill. While production is currently up and running, manufacturers want the government to step in to ease the rules for hauliers, claiming that any further delays will lead to factory closures. CNN reports.
