Celesio plans to sell Movianto to US-based Owens & Minor

Celesio AG, a leading international trading company and provider of logistics and services in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, announced today that it plans to sell its Movianto Group, which specialises in third party logistics for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, to Owens & Minor, a leading U.S.-based distributor of medical and surgical products and logistics provider.
