London, UK, Wednesday, 27th January 2016 – Global freight management network The WACO System has created a new Associate Vendor membership level, with Chapman Freeborn and Cargoguide as the first two members in that category. The new membership is open to suppliers providing critical services to The WACO System’s independent forwarder members.
