Toll suspends role in Cambodian railway

Cambodia is a surprisingly big freight market ? Sihanoukville, in the south, is M&S’s fifth largest port of origin. The country was to have been better connected to Thailand and Vietnam by rail, but the project has hit the skids, amidst claims of poor construction, infighting, delays and cost overruns. And Toll Holdings, which was to operate the railway, has suspended its involvement.
