February 24, 2014 at 2:02 pmIn Panama, there is a new terminal project under way on the Atlantic side, PCCP – Panama Colon Container Port, on Isla Margarita, close to Evergreen CCT terminal in Colon. It is backed by Asian investors and the real estate group Jones Lang LaSalle, and is scheduled to open at end 2014, with an operator still to be announced).
There is also another project which is officially being considered on the Pacific Coast, in Corozal, adjacent to Balboa.
