Atlas Air and two associated companies are being sued by more than 150 staff for $159m, in what could be the first case of many against airlines by unvaccinated workers.

June 14, 2022 at 6:49 pmWell the article is fairly accurate. Of course, in six months I would wager it would be written with a different take on the vaccine.
Obviously the author still trusts the government recommendation and likely believes the vaccines are safe and effective when he wrote “in line with government recommendations.”
“US-approved Covid-19 vaccine rule,” is factually inaccurate since the “approved” vaccine Comirnaty is not distributed in the US…just a minor detail that all too many fail to understand…to include this author.
The only vaccines in distribution in tbe US are covered under the EUA. We all get to be perpetual guinea pigs in these ongoing human trials.
And the title is laughably inaccurate in that it states only the unvaccinated are sueing. The group is composed of both vaccinated and unvaccinated.
Perhaps the author will take the the time to research these errors, contact the the plaintiff group. and then correct the errors…but I doubt it
