Following an article in The Loadstar on the lack of quality in airfreighted pharmaceutical shipments, Brandon Fried, head of the US Airforwarders Association, has responded. He points out that airfreight is hampered by heavily regulated processes that prevent innovation and initiative. And he calls on all stakeholders to work together to improve processes – not just poor old IATA. A good read.
