UTi chief goes to Amazon as VP global logistics

And another story from American Shipper. Brief – but notable. Ed Feitzinger, former chief of UTi Worldwide, is now vice president of global logistics at Amazon, having joined in June. The move proves that Amazon is serious about its future in logistics, and opens questions at to whether Amazon has an eye on more than just its own shipments.
