It not only humanises the profession, focusing on a long-term lorry driver who speaks fluently about how the profession has changed, his concerns about danger and theft and his often-tedious job of waiting, but it also cites the wider problems of recruiting drivers and the impact of the supply chain crisis on haulage companies.
