Ligentia Group purchases the business and assets of Air & Cargo Services

Ligentia Group purchased the business and assets of Air & Cargo Services Ltd on 13 December. The deal sees Ligentia providing a home to Air & Cargo Services’ employees and in doing so, delivers continuity of service to customers who will also be offered a warm welcome and rapid on-boarding into the Ligentia community. The integration also strengthens Ligentia’s UK footprint and the organisation’s global freight forwarding proposition.
