Thorough report from Heavy Lift and Project Finance International on the case filed in the US against global ship agency ISS by three former employees alleging that the company “price-gouged” the US Navy over a nine-year period between 2005 and 2014. ISS has denied the claims and says it “looks forward to presenting the full case during trial, where it will vigorously defend its good name”.
