XPO Logistics has announced the appointment of Lynn Brown (above) as its new head of human resources for its UK and Ireland team.
She will report to Valerie Chaut, head of HR across Europe, and Dan Myers, MD of XPO Logistics UK and Ireland.
Ms Brown has more than 15 years’ experience in HR and, prior to joining XPO, served in senior roles with cold chain transport logistics specialist Gist for nearly a decade, with a focus on talent acquisition, development and retention.
“It’s a pleasure to welcome Lynn to XPO, where her extensive experience in the supply chain industry will help us attract and retain the best talent. Lynn will support our people in achieving their full potential as we continue to grow the business,” Mr Myers said.
