German government set to allow DB Schenker sell-off

DB Schenker may finally be free of state control – and parent Deutsche Bahn. It’s been a long old saga, with rumours for many months, but Reuters has reported that the German government has in principle agreed to a sale. The sell-off could be as soon as this year, with projections of a valuation ranging from €12bn to €20bn.
