There is a line of thought in our marketplace that it’s just a matter of time before the ’M. Carrabes vs Expeditors’ legal case will be forgotten.

There’s merit to that take, although the way it looks, it’s still early days to call the outcome.

In the other camp, to paraphrase one view on the matter, Expeditors is “absolutely stonewalling, it’s only a matter of time until some orders by the court are made” following the latest developments from earlier this month*.
