It will come as little surprise to anyone that Steve Polmans, Tiaca chair and former head of Brussels Airport Cargo, is to become chief customer officer for Nallian, the Belgian IT company that has worked closely with both the airport and Tiaca, as well as other companies. He begins there today – and will retain his position as chair of Tiaca.
